The Original 1984 Toyota Pickup extended cab. Purchased in 2000, the original version simply had a board across the bed that a compressor was mounted to. Shown here is Revision 2 of 2002, the addition of a rack with a hoist/winch and tool box.

The old rack and bed are completely removed and junked. A heavy duty bed 8’ long by 6’ wide manufactured from 5” and 3” channel iron is added. Custom cabinets are designed and manufactured. A hoist/winch, 15 gallon waste oil tank and drain pan, bench grinder and winch covers, drawer and bumper are manufactured and installed. Planking is added and new wheels and truck tires installed.

Front end is repaired with hood, bumper and grill replaced. Cab is painted. Cabinets are removed, sandblasted and painted with a two part epoxy primer and chemical resistant paint top coat. Stainless steel hinges are installed on all cabinets. New winch and cover are installed. A winch control handle cover is manufactured and installed. Bed planks are pressure washed, sanded, leveled, sealed and caulked. A folding cabinet is manufactured and installed to cover fuel and trash cans on the bed. Bed is modified to allow for a canopy, bed stabilizers, steps and deck ring for snatch block installation as needed.
